Eder is one of the most dedicated and committed real estate agents in San Diego County. Eder’s in-depth training and experiences include special real estate courses such as real estate practice, economics, and real estate law. The passion to help a client’s real estate dream become a reality is what keeps Eder moving forward. “There isn’t another feeling like the excitement you receive from your buyers when you hand them the keys to their new home. It’s motivating!”

A San Diego native, Eder Contreras is always looking for ways to accommodate friends, family, and clients alike. Having been raised in the beautiful beachfront city of Encinitas has given Eder the ability to connect and appreciate all the beautiful things that San Diego has to offer.

“We are privileged to have Eder among our agents at Broadpoint. He is enormously professional, enthusiastic, and hard-working,” says Broker Melissa Zavala.

Eder is an avid boxing fan and the competitive elements of that sport have served him well in and outside of the field of real estate. “It’s an amazing sport that teaches you many things: one of them being analyzing and using strategy in a way you never have before. You can’t just wing it in boxing; you have to analyze your opponent. The same goes for real estate. You have to analyze your client’s needs and develop a strategy to help your client achieve his or her real estate goals.” No transaction is ever down for the count, and Eder always goes the distance.

Eder currently lives in Encinitas, with his family. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, dancing, spending time with family and friends, and traveling around the state of California.
